Return Policy

At Razia, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within a limited period after receiving your order. Please review the following terms carefully:

Return Request Period

You may submit a return request within three (3) days from the date you receive your item.
For items purchased during promotions or seasonal sales, the request must be submitted within one (1) day of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above, then click “Submit.”
Follow the steps provided and select the items you wish to return.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing detailed shipping instructions.

Important Notes

Please notify us within the specified period if you find any manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery service charges are non-refundable unless due to a defect or damage.

Accepted Return Cases

• Defective or damaged product

• Damage caused during shipping

• Incorrect item received

• Product not suitable or as expected

Conditions for Return Approval

Items must be in their original condition with all attached tags and packaging.
Used, washed, or incomplete items cannot be returned.
Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are only applicable to orders shipped within Saudi Arabia.

After Your Return Is Approved

You’ll receive a tracking number and a pickup schedule from our courier partner.
The product will typically be collected within 5–7 business days.
After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
If the item doesn’t meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you, and you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.

For Cash-on-Delivery Payments

If you paid by cash on delivery and wish to receive your refund via bank transfer, please provide:

• IBAN number

• Account holder’s name

• Bank name

Cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

Final Note

If 20 days pass without the item being received or returned, Razia reserves the right to handle the order at its discretion.
