The use of Razia’s platform and all services provided through it is governed by the following terms. By accessing the platform or making a purchase, the user agrees to comply fully with these conditions.

1. Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and all activities carried out through their account. Razia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation or suspected misuse.

2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and verification. Razia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in information or pricing. Only approved payment methods are accepted, and all transactions are processed under secure payment standards. Cash-on-delivery service fees are non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Shipping
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Orders are shipped within Saudi Arabia through approved carriers, and delivery times vary by city and order type.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Razia’s official return and exchange policy applies. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including designs, content, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by Razia. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them.
